Sub-global assessments in the Network

The Sub-Global Assessment Network has been closely involved with the development of a "Catalogue of Assessments". This catalogue was called for by the meeting which established the Intergovernmental science-policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES). The primary intention of this catalogue is to learn lessons from existing and ongoing assessment processes to inform the future development of IPBES,

Over 70 assessments have been carried out by the members of the SGA Network, and these can all be found in the IPBES Catalogue of Assessments. Please note that some of the assessments in the catalogue are still under review and so in some cases information may change.
